In Oklahoma an underrated state?

.) Have you ever been to the state of Oklahoma before? Yes!

.) What city or cities have you been to when you went to the state of Oklahoma? I've been to the following cities with friends: Tulsa (I was a Student at Oral Roberts University), Broken Arrow, Bixby, and Jenks. These small cities are some of Tulsa's surrounding cities.

.) What did you like about going to one or some of these cities? I've been to the Riverwalk in Jenks which is really nice, Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy in Bixby which I remember having the weirdest ice cream topping anyone could ever have, and Centennial Park in Tulsa which I absolutely enjoyed! The early 2000's when I was in Oklahoma were wonderful!

.) What would people be surprised to learn about Oklahoma? One of the things that I noticed about the Sooner state is that it's pretty easy to find work. My suggestion is you have to know what you want to do because the jobs are out there in OK. Oklahoma is surrounded by a lot of land.

.) What is the weather like in Oklahoma? 100 plus degrees in the summer & anywhere from single digits from 0- low 20's in the winter.

.) What are the popular places in Oklahoma for tourists? Oklahoma have a lot of fun places to go to like I mentioned above in #3. It also depends where you are at in Oklahoma. I'm familiar with Tulsa so I can only mention places in Tulsa or in the surrounding areas that I've been to.

.) You mentioned that you are familiar with Tulsa the most. What is it about Tulsa that you really like? It's very easy to get around in Tulsa because they have shuttle services that will take you from the airport to Community Colleges, Universities, Restaurants, Churches, etc., from North Tulsa to South Tulsa. If you're a student at ORU there are plenty of shuttles that pick up students from ORU and take them to the recommended churches and the shuttles bring the students back to ORU. I noticed that people get around even by city bus if they don't have a car to get back and forth to work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtxiYmy6z6Q

.) What are the people like in Oklahoma? The locals are very outgoing & very country in OK (they talk with a southern accent and wear cowboy hat/cowgirl hat and boots). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ui7J6Tz5ha4

.) If there is any knock about the Sooner State what would it be? Oklahoma is one of the least healthiest states, taxes are pretty high, and the weather is too warm in the summer.

.) Name some things about Oklahoma that would have people think that maybe this underrated state is a state maybe people might consider moving there. It's affordable, people are plain and old-fashioned generally whether they live in an apartment or mansion, the people are very hospitable, you can relax and be yourself because people don't really judge you, great word churches, people are laid back in OK, OK is very diverse. Oklahoma is one of the states that Native Americans are, and lastly I noticed quite a bit of interracial married couples in Oklahoma and Texas in churches that are non denominational.

.) On your overall experiences going to Oklahoma with 1 being very bad and 10 being very good how would you rate your experiences going to Oklahoma? I am going to go with a 9, I always enjoy Oklahoma whenever I'm in town.

.) What is your favorite grocery store that you go to when you go to Tulsa? Walmart.

.) What is your favorite restaurant that you eat out at when you go to Tulsa? Rib Crib they have great ribs! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wtg1pNMvA_o

.) What is your favorite church that you enjoy visiting when you are in Tulsa? Greenwood Christian Center in North Tulsa (Downtown Tulsa) and Victory Christian Center in South Tulsa. They know how to have church in those churches!
